For an assignment with one of our OEM customers in the premium vehicle sector
we are looking for an immediate start in the Rüsselsheim area for a
(Sr.) Engineer for Planning & Coordination (m/f/d)
Your Tasks
Lead HMETC strategical reports and VIP events (Internal/External)
Manage bi-weekly company-wide reporting process
Support HMETC management on ad-hoc requests
Coordinate HMETC-wide investment management
Consolidate cross company operation like information related to future manpower plan
Align with R&D Center in Namyang (South Korea) and HMG brand related regional headquarters
Handle cross-functional team activities and exchange on complex topics
Identify cross department synergies to propose and implement processes improvements (Technical and R&D administration)
Adapt HMETC strategy according to ongoing market changes and global businesses
Your Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree required, Engineering or related field desired
MBA or master’s degree desired, but not required
5+ years of industry experience in R&D Strategy, Product Strategy, Product Planning, and/or Project Management, experience in Automotive preferred
Ideally certified by PM systems: PMI or Prince 2
Creative mindset as well as a problem-solving mentality
Pro-active and self-motivated attitude
Good communication skills a must: verbal, written, presentation
Proficient skills in MS Office - Excel, PowerPoint and in virtual conferencing, e.g. WebEx, MS Teams or similar
Demonstrated ability to adapt to rapidly changing business requirements
Fluency with English language; bilingual Korean language skill an advantage, but not required
